This is a special pattern. My Mom’s grandmother’s neighbor crocheted one as a shower gift for my Mom when I was born 50 some years ago. It’s white with pink. My earliest memory is having my photo taken wearing this pretty bib with a pale blue dress another friend of my mom had knit when I was born.
